ACCLAIMED ENGINEER BEHIND THE NATIONAL MEDAL OF HONOR MUSEUM’S FLOODPLAIN SUCCESS

Before joining IEA, Ebenezer served as a Senior Hydrologist at Graham Associates, Inc., in Arlington, TX. Notably, he was instrumental in securing FEMA flood map amendments, including Conditional Letters of Map Revision (CLOMR) and Letters of Map Revision (LOMR). This high-profile project required modifying the unsteady flow HECRAS model for Johnson Creek and proposing effective mitigation strategies.

Now at IEA, Ebenezer is set to significantly impact our company’s growth and success. His expertise in hydrology, hydraulic modeling, detention pond design, scour analysis, and sediment transport analysis will be invaluable as we take on more complex projects. By sharing his knowledge and experience, he will help shape the future leaders of our industry. Furthermore, his ability to resolve complex problems and navigate project conflicts will reinforce IEA’s reputation as a leader in Civil Engineering.
