This $5.8M project constructed 6.8 miles of frontage roads on LP 250 from I-20 to Midkiff Road project in Midland that consisted of milling, hot mix, signs, and pavement markings.

This project included a significant amount of traffic due to being in a heavy retail/commercial area and maintaining access was of the highest priority.

IEA was the prime construction engineering and inspection firm responsible for reviewing the traffic control plans, conducting inspections, and communicating with TxDOT to provide maximum access to the businesses and as little disruption and congestion to the traveling public as possible.
