Facilities Condition Assessment using builder and builder remote entry database (BRED)

Under contract with Headquarters IMCOM and USACE Mobile District, IEA participated in a task order conducted by Cardno Tech, Inc. for a pilot project to complete the implementation of the web-based BUILDER 3.0 Sustainment Management System (SMS) for a select number of buildings and category codes at Fort Cavazos, TX.  

The project was a pilot project for the implementation of condition assessments using the BUILDER™ inspection process. This was performed for military facilities.
