IEA is leading Segment 1B and 4B of the SH 183 D/B project. The project includes SH 183 from SH 121 to I-35E as well as portions of Loop 12 and SH 114.

The SH 183 Managed Lanes Project is responding to traffic congestion throughout the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex.

IEA services on the project include roadways, hydrologic and hydraulic analysis, storm sewer design, signing, pavement markings, traffic control plans, retaining walls, safety lighting, Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plans (SW3P), and bridge design.
