IEA provided civil design, detention analysis, and design services to support the improvements to six City of Houston parks.

IEA provided civil design, detention analysis, and design services to support improvements to six City of Houston parks.

The parks, namely Alief Park, Crain Park, Lansdale Park, Looscan Elementary SPARK, Fonde Park, and Meadow Creek Park, underwent a range of upgrades. These included the addition of new trails, pavilions, driveways, parking lots, and a splash pad.

IEA designed sidewalks, prepared grading plans, parking lot plans, storm sewers, and detention ponds to support the projects. Each project was coordinated through the City of Houston for permitting and final approval.
