Levy Entertainment Plaza – City of Irving

IEA was the prime consultant responsible for site paving and grading design of an approximate 6-acre entertainment venue located on Lake Carolyn.

IEA designed the paving, loop trail, sidewalk connectivity to the existing perimeter Promenade, grading, and drainage. IEA designed a storm drainage system per City and DCURD standards.  

IEA managed the electrical and wireless network hardware design produced by a Subconsultant to ensure seamless site integration in our plans. 

IEA delivered this project on time and under the City’s budget.
