IEA was the Prime Consultant for site paving and grading design of an approximate 6-acre entertainment venue located on Lake Carolyn (501 E Las Colinas Boulevard, Irving, TX 75039).

IEA designed the paving, loop trail, sidewalk connectivity to the existing perimeter Promenade, grading, and drainage. IEA design a storm drainage system per the City and DCURD standards. IEA managed the electrical and wireless network hardware design produced by a Subconsultant.

IEA delivered the design on time and to the satisfaction of the City of Irving. The project is constructed and came in under the City’s budget.
